Increase GH capacity on the info page for MHF1 to 10.

This request has been accepted. GH limits in MHF1 (as well as the coloring) is now increased to 10 players maximum.

Can you make it so that anyone is able to change the volume on the hunting horn, change it back if it starts to get out of hand and used every two seconds.

Will take into effect during next reboot. If people abuse, they will get banned.
