Speaking from experience:
Apparently, there was a case in my cheater-hunting that there was a user named 'ALDINO' (I forgot who the guy is, but I'll use that name as a placeholder) and he managed to bypass the ban every single time (before banning methods were reinforced).
My thoughts is that he might have circumvented it through multiple VPN certs.
Is there a way to implement a anti-loophole that involves around multiple certs?

One thing I've noticed about my current GH status use as well as my previous current GH status use is that whenever I use the refresh button, it takes too long to fully refresh, whereas it would take an instant to refresh months ago.
Please make the GH status refresh quicker, especially as I'd rather not spam !gh at the HV Discord like last time.

Given the new policing of content on pr0-hall-of-fame and hall-of-fame-n00bs, I would like to propose a workaround so as to not confuse our lovely hunter community.
1. Create a new channel called "personal-achievements" where hunters may submit moments that make themselves feel good. Otherwise, this is a place where feats neither pr0 nor n00by fall. (e.g. First Kut-Ku victory, 1000th Vespoid killed, etc.)
2. Create a new role for Towa called Achievement Staff (or whatever you wanna call it) whom has to be directly messaged to get submissions featured in any channel. Personal recommendations for his teammates are: Cyarolin, Oppa, Blakfox, Delta, and EclipseKnight.
3. Persons submitting this achievement may say if it's a personal achievement, or admit it's n00by. If it's good enough to be pr0, then only the staff will decide. Anecdotes are welcome, but only for n00b moments.
